Each
individual program contains three basic components
- cardiovascular
training
- muscular strength and endurance training, and
- flexibility
training
Each session plan depends entirely on the client's goals. A variety of options exist. To create the right program for you, I'll do a simple, but effective fitness assessment.
Location
I am able to train clients at World Gym, Palm Springs, or in-home.
